Easy Berry Kefir Water

1 to 2 cups Strawberries, frozen or fresh
1/4 cup Raisins
1/2 cup dried Cranberries
2 cups dried Blueberries
Plain Kefir water or Ginger Ale
Place all fruit in blender and cover with enough kefir water or ginger ale to just barely cover. Blend until pureed.
This makes a wonderfully sweet syrup to add to your kefir water or homemade Ginger Ale! I'm even thinking about adding it to my coffee in the morning!
Happy Monday everybody!

  1. This looks delicious! Bet it would great in the hot summer!

Also, I saw your post on The Healthy Home Economist about following WW while still eating full fat dairy. I am starting WW on Monday but have recently started learning about the benefits of full fat & raw dairy. Do you think it's negatively affected your WW plan? Do you count it for the full points they assign to it? I am just a little wary about "mixing plans" so to speak. Thank you for your help! :)

  2. Hi brista!
    Thanks for commenting!
My mom loves this flavor of kefir water.
I think using the full fat dairy products helps me to feel more satisfied and have less cravings, and has been helpful on my weight loss journey! I have lost 60 pounds so far and I really love going to WW, (I like to call it, "food church")! The only thing I disagree with is the low fat philosophy they preach. I count each cup of whole raw milk as 4 points plus and drink two to three cups a day. I know that's "less chewing" but I think it's worth it!
Good luck to you on your weight loss journey!
